Competition Rules

1.    Eligibility

• This competition is open to individuals aged [5 -10 yrs of age] excluding immediate family.

2.    Entry Requirements

•     All entries must be original character designs created by the entrant.

•     Any art medium can be used. 

•     The name and a short description of the character must be added.  

•     Submissions must be received before midnight 30th June 2025

•     Each participant may submit only one entry.

•     Entries must be submitted by email to bumblegillustration@gmail.com as a JPEG file.

•     Entries must include the name and age of the participant and a forwarding email address

3.    Selection of Winner

•     The winning design will be selected by an independent judging panel on 26th July 2025

•     The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
 

4.    Intellectual Property & Copyright

•     By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree that the copyright in all submitted entries shall remain the           property of Elaine Green and bumble-g illustration.

•     The winning entrant agrees that Elaine Green and bumble-g illustration has the exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to           use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and otherwise exploit the winning design in any medium or format, without further           compensation or attribution to the entrant.

•     The winner shall not be entitled to any royalties or financial compensation beyond the prize stated in the competition.

5.    Prizes

•     The winning illustration will be featured in one of the author namely Elaine Green's next books

•     No alternative prizes or cash equivalent will be offered.

6.    General Conditions

•     bumble-g illustration reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.

•     Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these rules.
